Using Building Blocks build a tower together creating a colour pattern as you go.  You could use different shape blocks to create a pattern such as small block, big block, small, big.  Count together how many blocks are in the tower or creation.  Use a piece of masking tape on 10 blocks and write numbers on each, build the tower from 1 to 10, or use letters of the alphabet on each block to sound out and spell their name.
